About the Role
Help create a fun and memorable Halloween experience for guests by greeting families, handing out candy, and ensuring a friendly and engaging experience. This role requires standing for extended periods, maintaining a positive attitude, following safety guidelines, and keeping candy stations stocked and organized.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the set-up, restocking, and breakdown of candy stations.
- Collect entry tickets from guests.
- Wear and maintain a uniform.
- Inspect the trail prior to operating time for safety and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the trail throughout operating hours.
- Energetically interact with guests.
- Memorize necessary dialogue, safety spiels, emergency exit plans, safety operating procedures, and park guidelines.
- Comply with all company and safety guidelines.
- Follow all delegated tasks assigned by Entertainment Supervisor or as stated in the Entertainment Standard Operating Procedures.
Requirements
- Must be at least 14 years old.
- Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Must be outgoing and team-oriented.
- Must be able to work 12pm - 5pm on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) from 9/26 to 10/25.
- Must be able to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time.
- Must be willing and able to interact with guests individually and in large groups of all ages.
- Comply with all company and safety guidelines as listed in the employee handbook.
