About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Demand Planner to join our Medical APAC Supply Chain team. This role is critical in ensuring product availability for healthcare professionals and patients across the region. You will operate as a strategic business partner, influencing commercial decisions, driving Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and helping senior leaders navigate risk, opportunity, and growth in a complex healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical analysis, commercial insights, and cross-functional inputs.
- Lead demand planning processes and Executive Demand Review meetings to align stakeholders on a consensus demand plan.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to support strategic business decision-making.
- Provide forecasting insights, scenario analysis, and risk assessments to senior leaders.
- Represent Demand Planning within the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.
- Support new product launches, portfolio transitions, and lifecycle planning activities.
- Drive continuous improvement across forecasting processes, reporting, analytics, and planning tools.
- Lead cross-functional projects that improve supply chain performance and business outcomes.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- 4–6+ years' experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, or related functions.
- Strong understanding of forecasting methodologies, planning processes, and supply chain principles.
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and/or Power Platform.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead executive-level discussions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working across complex, cross-functional business environments.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Experience within Medical Devices, Healthcare, or other regulated industries.
- Exposure to global organizations and matrix environments.
- Knowledge of Oracle Demantra, i2, Demand Solutions, or similar forecasting platforms.
- Statistical modeling, data analytics, or business intelligence experience.
- Experience supporting large-scale supply chain transformation initiatives.
