About the Role
Under the direction of the Clinic Site Director, the Support Services Supervisor oversees the daily operations of Targeted Case Management (TCM), Peer Support, Skill Building, and Same Day Access (SDA) services. This role ensures timely, person-centered access to care while coordinating non-clinical support services with clinical teams to promote integrated, high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, supervision, coaching, and professional development for Targeted Case Management (TCM), Peer Support, and Skill Building staff.
- Oversee Same Day Access (SDA) operations and the patient access continuum.
- Monitor productivity, access, quality, compliance, documentation, and patient experience metrics.
- Collaborate with clinical teams, internal departments, and community partners to coordinate care.
- Evaluate workflows, implement process improvements, and support quality assurance initiatives.
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, staff meetings, required trainings, and leadership activities.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, Human Services, or a related field required.
- Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in behavioral health, integrated care, or community mental health.
- Experience in CCBHCs, care coordination, Targeted Case Management, Peer Support, or Skill Building preferred.
- Knowledge of patient access, care coordination, quality improvement, documentation standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership, supervision, communication, critical thinking, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in electronic health records, Microsoft Office, and other clinic technologies.
- Valid New York State driver's license and reliable personal transportation required.
