About the Role

This position will be a key member of the U.S. Commercial Compliance team, serving as a Line of Business Compliance Officer with primary oversight of U.S. Corporate Card Programs. The role provides independent compliance oversight and challenges to ensure the business maintains an effective framework for compliance with internal policies, laws, and regulations. Responsibilities include assessing compliance risk associated with corporate commercial products, capabilities, and offerings, reviewing marketing claims and disclosures, and overseeing training and business-owned content.

Responsibilities

Provide independent compliance oversight and second-line effective challenge.
Ensure the business builds, enhances, and maintains an effective framework for compliance with applicable internal policies, laws, and regulations.
Assess compliance risk associated with Corporate commercial products, capabilities, and offerings.
Review product uplifts/changes and features.
Review marketing claims and disclosures.
Oversee training and other business-owned content.

Requirements

Primary oversight of U.S. Corporate Card Programs including Travel and Entertainment, @Work Program Management Platform, Corporate Membership Rewards and Spend Enablement.
