About the Role

Responsibilities
- Support the online team in daily operations and implement communication strategies for clients in the real estate and financial sectors.
- Create, plan, and publish social media content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with Social Media Managers to manage client channels, research topics, maintain editorial plans, and handle community and issue management.
- Analyze the performance of social media activities, monitor trends, and derive recommendations for content strategy.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Communications, Media Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study, with at least three completed semesters.
- Ideally, possess initial experience in Social Media Management.
- Demonstrate familiarity and experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).
- Exhibit an independent, structured, and reliable work style, coupled with strong teamwork skills.
- Proficient in using standard MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Possess an excellent feel for language and very good German language skills.
