About the Role
The Director, Information Technology provides strategic leadership for the organization’s enterprise technology environment, with primary accountability for the successful implementation, optimization, and long-term management of the Workday ERP platform and related enterprise systems. This role is accountable for aligning enterprise systems with institutional priorities, enabling data-driven decision-making, and advancing digital transformation across academic and administrative functions. The Director oversees both IT Support and Information Systems (IS) functions, ensuring reliable operations, strong governance, and high-quality service delivery. This includes leading and developing a team of IT support and enterprise systems professionals, fostering a collaborative, high-performance, and service-oriented culture. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure technology solutions effectively support organizational goals. The Director is responsible for managing the full ERP lifecycle—from planning and implementation through optimization and continuous improvement—while driving key outcomes such as system adoption, data integrity, operational efficiency, and scalable, sustainable digital solutions across the organization.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience in ERP implementation and enterprise systems management, with at least three (3) years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience leading large-scale ERP implementation projects (Workday preferred).
- Demonstrated experience managing enterprise systems supporting student records, HR, and payroll.
- Proven success leading multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Experience supporting enterprise data strategy, reporting modernization, or business intelligence initiatives considered an asset.
- Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across academic and administrative teams.
- Proven success in vendor management and budget oversight.

Salary/Compensations
- $120,000.00 – $150,000.00 annually
