About the Role
MOTOR Ai is dedicated to making Level 4 autonomous driving a reality in Germany and beyond. We combine cutting-edge AI with a multidisciplinary team's expertise to launch Germany's first solution qualified for European road approval. Responsibilities
- Participate in, prepare for, and follow up on all internal and external meetings of the CEO.
- Initiate new strategic fields, establish initial structures, and seamlessly hand over these topic chains to departments, including overseeing implementation.
- Independently undertake and highly structure the execution of demanding operational tasks and special projects.
- Communicate and negotiate confidently with shareholders, partners, and key players in the automotive/tech ecosystem.
- Conduct targeted market research, develop efficient processes, and create clear decision proposals for the board and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Excellent Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field, preferably from a leading private university (e.g., WHU, HHL).
- A technical background or strong technical understanding is a clear advantage.
- 2-3 years of intensive experience in a reputable management consultancy (e.g., Porsche Consulting, PwC, McKinsey, Roland Berger, or similar).
- Extremely structured, far-sighted thinking with an eye for the big picture while maintaining attention to detail.
- Above-average resilience, determination, and willingness for high time flexibility.
- Strong, healthy self-confidence ('interacting at eye level'), assertiveness, and the courage to represent even uncomfortable positions to management.
- Unrestricted focus on professional performance and maximum temporal availability.
- Fluent German and English at C2 level (written and spoken).
