About the Role
BAYADA is seeking experienced LPNs to deliver high-acuity, one-on-one care to adult and pediatric clients in their homes across Westchester County and The Bronx. This role is for LPNs who are skilled, adaptable and driven by purpose.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-acuity care to adult and pediatric clients
- Support new case openings and emergency coverage needs
- Precept and mentor new nurses
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Educate and support families and caregivers
- Represent BAYADA with professionalism, compassion and clinical excellence
Requirements
- Active LPN license in the state of New York
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- 1+ year of trach/vent experience (home care preferred)
- Comfortable working with both adult and pediatric clients
- Willingness to travel to Westchester County and the Bronx
- Strong clinical skills, flexibility and a proactive mindset
