About the Role
As a Junior Account Manager, you will ensure Fospha’s customers achieve measurable value and business impact from our marketing measurement platform. You will own relationships with mid-size customers, driving retention, adoption, and commercial readiness while contributing to the evolution of customer success at Fospha.
Responsibilities
- Drive renewals by understanding client objectives, monitoring account health, and demonstrating value.
- Collaborate with the Head of Customer Accounts on high-impact accounts to build commercial skills and secure successful partnerships.
- Translate data into impactful stories, showcasing how Fospha drives efficiency, growth, and smarter marketing decisions through ROI and performance storytelling.
- Identify growth or risk signals early, flagging adoption challenges or expansion opportunities, and contribute to tailored customer learning agendas.
- Contribute to strategic account plans, shaping account roadmaps and mapping stakeholder engagement for renewal conversations.
- Represent the customer's voice internally, surfacing product feedback and feature requests to improve the platform and delivery.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or client-facing SaaS roles, ideally within D2C marketing, analytics, or eCommerce.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on helping customers achieve tangible results.
- Ability to interpret data dashboards, spot trends, and articulate customer value.
- Confident communication skills via email, video, and live meetings, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Organized and proactive approach to follow-ups and planning.
- Eagerness to drive the commercial aspects of SaaS, including renewals, upsells, and business case storytelling.
- Natural curiosity and analytical skills with an interest in marketing performance and measurement.
- Experience with eCommerce data, attribution, marketing platforms, marketing measurement, or D2C ad platforms is a plus.
