About the Role

This Data Analyst (Data Science Support) role within the Data Intelligence Unit balances core analyst responsibilities with Data Science support for Racing and Sports. The role delivers reporting, dashboards, and analysis, and flexes into Data Science support during high demand or absence of the Lead Data Scientist. It is ideal for someone who enjoys both structured analysis and exploratory data science problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Deliver reporting, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis for internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain data roadmap dashboards and associated tracking.
Provide cover for the Lead Data Scientist during absence or high demand.
Absorb overflow capacity for concurrent B2B Data Science projects.
Support ad hoc manual runs and production tasks for the SiQ platform.
Assist with testing and validation of new or updated Data Science models.
Act as a day-to-day point of contact for stakeholders on data requests.

Requirements

Strong analytical skillset with hands-on experience querying and manipulating data.
Confident working in Excel for reporting, tracking, and ad hoc analysis.
Comfortable moving between structured analyst work and exploratory data science problem-solving.
Clear, confident communicator able to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
