About the Role
This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to work in the field of special education with 3-12 year-old students with developmental disabilities in a small classroom environment.
Responsibilities
- Working on social, emotional and academic development of students.
- Assisting children with personal care.
- Must be able to lift/handle children weighing up to 50 pounds.
Requirements
- Must be a caring, compassionate person who is eager to work with 3-12 year-old students with developmental disabilities in a small classroom environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- On-boarding process includes: initial medical exam; paperwork completion; attend orientation.
