About the Role

This position will provide administrative, logistical, and travel support for Golf Division clients, assisting with daily requests and supporting operational matters. The role requires proactive problem-solving and contributing to the division's marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Assists Marketing Managers and Agents with client management support, including tournament and professional travel, concierge requests, social media support, and logistics for client appearances and events.
  • Proactively addresses potential requests and needs from clients, providing creative and personalized solutions.
  • Interfaces with client families and performance teams.
  • Develops strategic relationships in key concierge areas and tour travel.
  • Responds to fan mail, charitable requests, and general inquiries.
  • Contributes to the development of Golf Division marketing materials and recruiting presentations.
  • Secures and ships products for clients' needs and tracks their receipt.
  • Assists in ensuring client collateral is up to date.
  • Assists Golf Division with organizational needs, including scheduling meetings and providing ad hoc administrative support.
  • Records and distributes minutes of Golf Division meetings.
  • Serves as a positive culture contributor in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the sports industry or sports marketing required.
  • Interest in golf preferred.

Skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Basic proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Acrobat Pro preferred.
  • Superior problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
  • Superior time-management and organization skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate to a wide range of audiences, both written and verbally.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain composed in pressure-filled situations.
  • High level of commitment to quality work product and organizational ethics, integrity, and compliance.
  • Detail-oriented, self-starter with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

  • Comfort adjusting personal schedule to accommodate client and Golf Division needs, including frequent and time-sensitive work outside of business hours.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously.
  • Ability to demonstrate uncompromised judgment and discretion regarding highly confidential information.
