About the Role
The Paralegal will join a fast-paced, dynamic, and fun Legal team, handling a broad range of legal matters across multiple jurisdictions. This role supports Trustpilot’s mission to become a universal symbol of trust and offers the scope to make a real impact.
Responsibilities
- Support the Legal team with commercial and corporate matters, and other miscellaneous legal issues.
- Partner with Commercial teams to support legal and contractual aspects of US Sales activities.
- Handle queries and requests from colleagues and third parties, and support the day-to-day operation of the Legal team.
- Perform general legal administrative duties, including support on due diligence, contract approvals, and executions.
- Identify and implement innovative and automated ways of working to improve operational efficiencies.
- Improve standard processes, documentation, and training materials to support stakeholders at scale.
- Conduct legal research and keep the Legal team updated on relevant law and regulation changes.
Requirements
- Previous experience working within an in-house legal team is ideal but not required.
- Proactive, a keen learner, and takes responsibility for own work.
- Seeks opportunities for improvement and uses initiative to propose solutions.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple demands and meet tight deadlines.
- Team player with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels across multiple locations.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, global organization.
- Innovative, commercially-minded individual with an interest in new technology, problem-solving, and process improvement.
- Possesses legal research skills, a clear succinct writing style, and excellent attention to detail.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of Google Suite, MS Word & Excel, and DocuSign is desirable.

- $93,000 to $103,000 gross per year
