About the Role

Mission North is a strategic communications agency for consequential companies to build, protect, and renew their impact. We are looking for a strategic, curious, and impact-driven Manager to lead day-to-day client programs and support our growing portfolio of Health and Enterprise Technology accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted partner to enterprise and health clients, leading the end-to-end execution of PR campaigns and programs, teams, and stakeholders.
  • Draft deliverables including campaign plans, media pitches, speaking and award submissions.
  • Synthesize complex technical concepts into compelling, market-moving narratives and storylines.
  • Cultivate deep relationships with key traditional and non-traditional media to pitch stories, drive brand awareness, and secure coverage for clients.
  • Seek out creative ways to connect the dots between news cycles and client opportunities.
  • Foster team growth by providing regular, constructive feedback and guiding professional development.
  • Track, measure, and report on the performance of PR campaigns and programs using analytics tools.
  • Contribute to new business in partnership with senior leaders.
  • Manage up to 2 direct reports.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6-8 years of communications or PR agency experience, preferably with health or enterprise technology companies.
  • Demonstrated experience developing, directing, and executing PR campaigns and programs that blend PR, content marketing, social media, and creator.
  • Experience helping disruptive technology and health companies develop compelling storylines, speaking and award submissions, press releases, and thought leadership platforms.
  • Established relationships with top-tier trade media and bloggers, vertical market media and national and local business media.
  • Experience running integrated PR programs, including paid content.
  • Experience working with household names and emerging/disruptor brands in B2B technology, including data and cloud infrastructure, applied AI, health, and other key elements of the modern business technology stack.
