About the Role

The Director of Wraparound Services leads the strategic direction, growth, and operational excellence of Fedcap’s Wraparound Services portfolio, which includes financial empowerment, healthcare access, and benefits access programs. This role focuses on increasing economic mobility and well-being for individuals and families, overseeing multiple program areas, and ensuring alignment with Fedcap’s mission.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of approximately 5 full-time staff and 150-200 volunteers/temporary staff.
  • Recruit, onboard, and motivate temporary staff and volunteers.
  • Conduct weekly supervisions with year-round staff, focusing on data-informed accountability and measurable goals.
  • Review and evaluate staff performance through monthly and annual reviews, setting improvement goals.
  • Represent Fedcap at meetings, translating information into actionable items and innovative approaches.
  • Collaborate with leaders to develop solutions and execute projects for program growth and improvement.
  • Design and execute a minimum of one solution or training monthly based on funder requests or internal feedback.
  • Build rapport with participants, collect satisfaction surveys, and advise staff on case handling.
  • Build at least 20 partner sites through relationships with schools, libraries, and community-based organizations.
  • Oversee partner onboarding, training, service delivery readiness, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Address and resolve escalated partner issues.
  • Observe and assist with a minimum of 1% of participant interactions to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Oversee all reporting functions for the assigned portfolio, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators related to service delivery, partner engagement, and client outcomes.
  • Ensure partners follow evaluation and reporting protocols.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Share partner feedback and outcome data with relevant teams to inform program enhancements.
  • Maintain subject matter expertise in wraparound services.
  • Manage program budgets, tracking expenditures against approved budgets.
  • Oversee contracts related to the portfolio, ensuring compliance.
  • Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with contractual, regulatory, and organizational standards.
  • Maintain documentation and records necessary for audits and reviews.
  • Proactively identify compliance risks and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to advance strategic priorities and growth objectives.
  • Partner with various teams to enhance service delivery models.
  • Identify opportunities for program expansion, replication, and national scale.
  • Lead the development of tools, resources, and best practices to support program growth.
  • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives.
  • Support organizational planning and special projects.
  • Champion innovative approaches to improve customer outcomes and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial empowerment services, healthcare access programs, benefits access initiatives, or other supportive services/public-benefit populations.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supervising and leading teams, preferably in the wraparound services field.

Experience Level

  • 7+ years of experience
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience

Education Level

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Human Services, Workforce Development, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Salary/Compensations

  • $102,000-$120,000 annually
