About the Role

As a Director Project Management at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams, gaining vast industry experience that will open doors for you, extend your skillset, and expand your perspective. Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and other organizations.
  • Act as a DE&I leader by being a voice for marginalized groups and create a safe and equitable working environment.
  • Understand and advocate for the Linesight culture, encouraging clarity, candor, and openness.
  • Manage and develop key accounts with major corporations that have a significant capex and global presence.
  • Achieve revenue targets, manage team costs, and meet business gross margin requirements.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on accounts performance, including financial performance, customer satisfaction, and other key metrics.
  • Serve as a regular voice at the Regional Senior Leadership Team meetings, providing input on initiatives and business strategy.
  • Advocate and implement the highest standards of Health and Safety.
  • Advocate for innovation, engaging in global initiatives to deliver process automation design and data gathering.
  • Act with integrity and conduct yourself in a proper, professional, and responsible manner.
  • Understand and implement strict client confidentiality policies and continuously communicate these requirements to employees.
  • Collaborate with E/VPs to develop and execute a regional strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Partner with the Linesight marketing team to develop and implement regional strategies that promote brand awareness and deliver ROI.
  • Partner with the Linesight talent acquisition team to develop a pipeline of local talent in the region.
  • Partner with HR to ensure all staff hired in the region have a best-in-class onboarding experience.
  • Advocate for attendance in the office and engage with and support all staff regularly.

Requirements

  • Over 15 years of experience in construction/project management with increasing levels of leadership and people management.
  • Experience in Hyperscale Data Center or large scale industrial/mission critical experience.
  • All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.

Skills

  • PMP and LEED AP qualified or on the path to completing it.
  • Passion for building a global team and developing employees through mentoring, coaching, and training.
  • Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun.

Experience Level

  • Director level

Education Level

  • Degree or comparable experience in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or another construction related discipline.
