About the Role
Manage all aspects of the project life cycle for data collection from initiation to completion, including managing project budgets, communicating client progress, troubleshooting, and ensuring quality standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Manage project budgets.
- Communicate client progress in field.
- Troubleshoot and provide solutions to aid completion to deadline.
- Ensure Profiles and Health standards are met.
- Coordinate day-to-day activities involved with running individual projects.
- Resolve, record, and report issues that may jeopardize timely and cost-effective project completion.
- Ensure projects are conducted in compliance with ISO 20252 / 26362 standards, industry guidelines, and client requirements.
- Review project documentation with manager and identify potential issues.
- Provide recommendations to client service and partner to obtain revised quotes if necessary.
- Manage internal project kick-off meetings.
- Work directly with the client to review project materials and schedules.
- Provide consistent client updates on project status during fielding.
- Provide recommendations to the panel team to maximize sample.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and panelists receive timely incentive payments.
- Provide Finance team with required financial metrics for billing and invoicing.
- Deliver final bill to client.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in market research project management, preferably in healthcare.
- Experience in healthcare data collections preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Decipher or similar platform.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, with advanced proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet aggressive deadlines with a high level of detail.
- Self-motivated individual with exceptional time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Able to work well and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple online research projects accurately and on-time in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines.
