About the Role

As JUNA's Working Student for People & Office Experience, you will be the central point of contact for office operations and employee support, ensuring a smooth and positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for people experience topics.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations.
  • Answer employee questions regarding office logistics, onboarding, and HR.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Coordinate team events, celebrations, and culture initiatives.
  • Support employer branding content creation for LinkedIn, career pages, and job ads.
  • Capture and share moments from team events for internal and external communication.
  • Assist with internal communications, including newsletters and team updates.
  • Help create marketing materials for events and campaigns.
  • Manage office supplies, including ordering and automation.
  • Oversee waste management and other supplier relationships.
  • Coordinate handyman and maintenance services, requiring on-site presence.
  • Ensure office cleanliness standards are met.
  • Manage relationships with landlords.
  • Handle safety and compliance requirements, including administrative tasks and reporting.
  • Prepare for and coordinate administrative audits.
  • Order and set up IT equipment, including laptops and software licenses for new hires.
  • Manage software licenses for company tools.
  • Track hardware assets and their serial numbers.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, ideally in Business Administration, HR, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Available to work on-site in Berlin (Kreuzberg) for at least 15–20 hours/week.
  • Professional fluency in English.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proactive and hands-on approach.
  • Approachable and discreet demeanor.
  • Ability to manage administrative, logistical, and people-related tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience planning or coordinating events is a plus.
  • German language skills at B2 level or above are a plus.
