About the Role
Join our team to drive the digitalization and optimization of IT-supported business processes using business automation solutions like AI agents, workflow automation, and RPA. You will analyze and model business processes using industry standards (e.g., BPMN 2.0) to identify automation potential. Participate in workshops, feasibility studies, and conceptualization, contributing your perspective to solution development. This is an opportunity to engage in a practical project as a working student or for a Bachelor's, Master's, or project thesis, gradually taking on responsibility. You will also benefit from training in automation and AI technologies, project management methods, and soft skills, with systematic mentoring from an experienced team member.
Responsibilities
- Support the digitalization and optimization of IT-supported business processes with business automation solutions like AI agents, workflow automation, and RPA.
- Analyze and model business processes using industry standards (e.g., BPMN 2.0) and derive automation potential.
- Participate in workshops, feasibility studies, and conceptualization, contributing your perspective to the development of suitable solutions.
- Engage in a practical project as a working student or for a Bachelor's, Master's, or project thesis, gradually taking on responsibility.
- Participate in training on automation and AI technologies, selected project management methods, and soft skills.
- Receive systematic guidance from an experienced team member and support with technical and methodological tasks.
Requirements
- Studying Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study.
- Possess basic knowledge in process management.
- Ideally have initial experience with at least one of the following: Workflow Automation (e.g., Camunda, Flowable), process modeling with BPMN 2.0, RPA (e.g., with UiPath), or agent frameworks (e.g., n8n or LangChain).
- Ideally have programming skills in Java, Python, or SQL.
- Willingness to learn new automation and AI technologies, implement exciting projects, and gradually take on responsibility.
- Curiosity about Artificial Intelligence, use AI-supported tools in your daily work, and expand your skills step by step.
- Very good German and good English language skills.
