About the Role

Join a Corporate Finance team focused on Equity Capital Markets, M&A, and strategic investments. You will work closely with clients on complex, high-value transactions, assisting businesses with capital raising, acquisitions, regulatory navigation, and market opportunity seizing. This role is ideal for a lawyer who excels in fast-paced deal environments with tight deadlines and high expectations, enjoys taking ownership, driving transactions, and working directly with clients on significant matters.

Responsibilities

Drive Equity Capital Markets transactions from start to finish, including IPOs, secondary fundraisings, and rights issues.
Lead public and private M&A deals, joint ventures, and strategic investments, guiding clients through critical commercial decisions.
Negotiate and draft key transaction documents, shareholder agreements, and governance arrangements.
Coordinate cross-border deal teams and guide listed companies on UK Listing Rules, governance requirements, and Takeover Code obligations.

Requirements

U.K. qualified solicitor with 4+ years' PQE.
Experience advising on Corporate Finance, ECM, or M&A transactions.
Ability to confidently run transactions, balancing multiple deals, deadlines, and stakeholders.
Proven ability to deliver technically strong, commercial advice on listed and private company transactions.
Experience building trusted client relationships, mentoring junior lawyers, and stepping up when challenges arise.
