About the Role
Join Bruton Knowles' expanding National Valuation Team to meet increasing demand from commercial and residential lending clients. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, forward-thinking team with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality valuation advice, servicing high street and secondary lenders across the full range of property asset types.
Responsibilities
- Deliver RICS Red Book-compliant valuations for secured lending purposes across a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential assets.
- Value a wide variety of property types for high street banks, challenger banks and specialist lenders.
- Contribute to large portfolio instructions.
- Collaborate with valuation specialists across our UK-wide network.
- Utilise the latest technology and modern working practices to deliver exceptional client service.
- Carrying out Red Book valuations of commercial and residential properties for secured lending and accounting purposes.
- Maximising efficiency and optimising the profitability of work for the team.
- Supporting the team in providing high quality valuation advice to a wide range of clients.
Requirements
- MRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer status essential.
- 2 years PQE valuation experience. Those close to this would be considered.
- Full driving licence and access to a car.
