About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Support, organize, mentor, and train kitchen team members in line with company procedures.
  • Ensure food preparation and control meet COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations, and report any incidents.
  • Support the manager in maintaining, ordering, and controlling food stocks within budget.
  • Maintain up-to-date product and menu knowledge.
  • Ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation, including portion and quality control.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness in all kitchen areas and of equipment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience of working in a kitchen.
