About the Role
As a Working Student AI Adoption & Enablement, you will support the development and implementation of modern learning, enablement, and communication formats to foster AI competencies and scaled AI usage within the company. You will translate complex AI and technology topics into understandable, practical, and target-group-oriented messages, use cases, and learning content. You will actively work with AI tools, chatbots, agents, and automation solutions, developing your own AI-driven work methods for enablement, knowledge transfer, and communication. You will also support the planning, management, and execution of strategic AI enablement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of modern learning, enablement, and communication formats.
- Prepare complex AI topics in an understandable, practical, and target-group-oriented manner.
- Develop presentations, training and communication materials, SharePoint content, and other enablement assets.
- Translate AI and technology topics into understandable messages, practical use cases, and target-group-oriented learning content.
- Actively work with AI tools, chatbots, agents, and automation solutions.
- Develop own AI-driven work methods for enablement, knowledge transfer, and communication.
- Support the planning, management, and execution of strategic AI enablement initiatives.
- Create documentation, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure content quality.
Requirements
- Studying Business Administration, Business Informatics, Technology or Innovation Management, or a comparable field.
- First experience in developing learning, enablement, change, or communication concepts in consulting, technology, transformation, or communication environments, ideally with a digital, AI, or tech focus.
- AI literacy through practical knowledge of chatbots, agents, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, or comparable solutions.
- Very good Microsoft Office and SharePoint skills are also advantageous.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
- Structured and self-directed way of working.
- Ability to concisely prepare complex topics in a dynamic environment.
