About the Role

As a Senior Manager in Frontier, you will bridge the gap between our product’s advanced AI capabilities and real-world business impact. You will be instrumental in driving both the successful implementation of our product to global life sciences organizations, and the commercial growth of our customer accounts. Your role will evolve and flex based on business needs but it is expected that deploying and embedding Frontier with customers will take 60-70% of your time, with the remainder dedicated to identifying the next use cases that define the future of clinical trials. This is a position for those looking to step into team leadership where you will guide and mentor a talented multi-disciplinary team of software engineers, data scientists and delivery managers.

Responsibilities

  • Leading transformational AI system implementations by scoping high-value solutions and navigating complex technical challenges alongside technical colleagues.
  • Managing enterprise life sciences accounts, taking deployments from initial scope through to launch while identifying and shaping strategic growth opportunities.
  • Working hand-in-glove with the customer's working teams day to day, including business users, innovation leaders and IT teams.
  • Owning the end-to-end deployment program, from initial problem identification to successful rollout and value measurement.
  • Building deep trust with senior stakeholders in global pharma organizations through a sophisticated understanding of how Frontier addresses their highest-value problems.
  • Advocating for customer needs internally by providing the product development team with direct insights to shape where Frontier goes next within drug development.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in technology consulting, product development, or a similar high-impact, customer-facing role.
  • Prior experience in the Life Sciences sector, with a broad understanding of the drug development process.
  • Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams to deploy AI/ML solutions with measurable real-world impact.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and foster trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • Expertise at managing senior customer relationships and influencing outcomes across multiple internal and external teams.
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset, thriving in ambitious, fast-paced environments where you can find pragmatic paths through ambiguity.
  • Motivated by solving consequential problems and have the versatility to evolve your role as the Frontier product scales globally.
