About the Role
Serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate. Conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Deliver exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and property representatives by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential common areas, entry points, parking areas, building perimeters, and other assigned property locations.
- Monitor access points and observe for unusual activity, helping to deter unauthorized access and potential property-related concerns.
- Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
