About the Role
In this role, you will ensure customers feel welcome and well-advised in the REWE market, bringing smiles to their faces through excellent service and product knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Enthusiastically engage customers with appealing product displays and expert advice.
- Independently implement sales-promoting initiatives.
- Manage accurate price labeling and maintain product assortment.
- Ensure the market is consistently clean and orderly.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training, preferably in the food retail sector, or equivalent experience as a career changer.
- Solid product knowledge with a strong focus on freshness and quality.
- Passion for retail and enjoyment of customer interaction.
- Strong customer orientation, communication skills, team spirit, and sense of responsibility.
- Eagerness to learn new things.
- Willingness to work a flexible shift system, Monday to Saturday between 07:00 and 23:30.
