About the Role

The Account Transfer Operation Representative will be a valuable addition to FCC's Operations department, responsible for both the Transfer-ins of Assets into FCC and Transfer-outs of assets leaving the firm. This role requires familiarity with electronic and manual document exchange processes, reviewing forms, initiating transfers, and keeping clients informed of statuses.

Responsibilities

  • Review and process documents in both official languages (French and English).
  • Review forms, initiate transfers, and follow-up with institutions on statuses.
  • Keep clients informed of transfer statuses.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Bilingual (verbal and written) in French and English.
  • Familiarity with different account types such as Non-Registered Accounts (Cash, Margin, Joint etc.) as well as Registered Accounts (RRSPs, TFSAs, RESPs etc).
  • Excellent MS Excel skills.
