About the Role
Manage a portfolio of AI partners and their integrations into CoCounsel, as well as a network of consulting and implementation partners who drive adoption and expansion. This is a high visibility role reporting directly to the VP of Legal Professionals Partnerships, operating at the intersection of partnerships, product, sales, and strategy.
Responsibilities
- Run day-to-day execution across a portfolio of partners, from planning through launch through scale.
- Drive cross-functional work with product, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to keep partner programs moving.
- Support enablement and certification programs to integrate partners into sales motions.
- Track partner performance against key metrics, including pipeline, revenue, and adoption velocity.
- Build trusted working relationships with partner counterparts and serve as a go-to point of contact.
- Develop comprehensive account plans and coordinate regular partner reviews, executive updates, and internal stakeholder meetings.
- Lead negotiations and commercial discussions to expand and renew partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 4+ years in partnerships, alliances, channel, BD, sales, or strategy roles, ideally in tech, legal tech, or professional services.
- Strong commercial instincts and a track record of driving outcomes in pipeline, deals, or adoption.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Clear communicator capable of engaging with partner counterparts, internal sellers, product leads, and executives.
- Comfortable working in a complex organization with diverse senior cross-functional stakeholders.
- Genuine interest in AI and legal tech, with the ability to develop and communicate a strong point of view.
- Self-starter capable of operating with limited direction once goals are set.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet partners and attend industry events.
