About the Role
As an IT Support Engineer, you will be hands-on with a high-end tech stack, including Windows and Mac endpoints, auditorium AV, and digital signage. You will be building, troubleshooting, and improving the technology that empowers people daily, architecting fixes, mastering meeting room setups, and optimizing the digital environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage incidents in person at the IT bar and remotely.
- Manage requests, changes and problems.
- Oversee events in the auditorium.
- Ensure meeting room tech and digital signage is functioning correctly.
- Service improvements.
Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge in End User Compute technologies including Windows 11, MacOS, Virtual Desktops (AWS Workspaces), Mobile, VC (preferably Zoom) and digital signage platforms.
- Technical knowledge of management tools including Intune, Jamf, Airwatch.
- Technical knowledge of Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow, Jira and Confluence.
- Effective communication with associates at all levels, both technical and non-technical.
- Ability to work autonomously whilst being part of a wider team.
