About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide a positive practice role model to ensure Grandir UK values are maintained.
- Ensure equality of access and opportunity for all staff, parents, and children.
- Supervise and support children at all times.
- Contribute to maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment.
- Prepare and supervise activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified Practitioners.
- Read, understand, and implement all company policies, procedures, and operational practices.
- Ensure adherence to changes in policies, procedures, and operational practices within the required timescale.
- Ensure nursery practice and provision meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
- Notify your line manager of any concerns or issues regarding company policies, procedures, and operational practices.
- Maintain a positive attitude at all times with children, parents, visitors, and work colleagues.
- Maintain confidentiality where appropriate.
- Attend regular staff meetings, planning meetings, and undertake training as required.
Requirements
- An enhanced DBS check is required for this role.
