About the Role

Join Grandir UK as a GrandFlex Employee and enjoy flexible working hours with a higher rate of pay. You will be responsible for caring for, supporting, and meeting the needs of children within our close-clustered nurseries.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a positive practice role model to ensure Grandir UK values are maintained.
  • Ensure equality of access and opportunity for all staff, parents, and children.
  • Supervise and support children at all times.
  • Contribute to maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment.
  • Prepare and supervise activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified Practitioners.
  • Read, understand, and implement all company policies, procedures, and operational practices.
  • Ensure adherence to changes in policies, procedures, and operational practices within the required timescale.
  • Ensure nursery practice and provision meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
  • Notify your line manager of any concerns or issues regarding company policies, procedures, and operational practices.
  • Maintain a positive attitude at all times with children, parents, visitors, and work colleagues.
  • Maintain confidentiality where appropriate.
  • Attend regular staff meetings, planning meetings, and undertake training as required.

Requirements

  • An enhanced DBS check is required for this role.
