About the Role
As a Waiter/Waitress at The Social Hub, you will be the energy in the room and the friendly face guests remember, keeping service flowing with confidence, speed, and genuine warmth. You will jump between tables, bar, kitchen, and colleagues, ensuring everything runs smoothly, connected, and is fun. Our guests come from everywhere, and you will love making each one feel at home while joining a tight team that knows how to work hard, laugh hard, and bring good vibes to the Hub.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with energy and make them feel instantly at ease
- Take orders, serve dishes and share menu recommendations with confidence
- Keep the floor running smoothly by spotting what’s needed before anyone asks
- Communicate clearly with bar and kitchen so every dish and drink lands perfectly
- Handle questions, requests and small hiccups with calm, friendly problem solving
- Keep your station clean, organised and ready for action
- Support colleagues during busy moments and create a great team rhythm
Requirements
- You have a natural feel for hospitality and love creating good moments
- You bring 1–2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience, or strong enthusiasm to learn
- You have great communication skills and enjoy connecting with people
- You manage multiple tasks without losing your cool
- You take pride in a clean, professional appearance
- You bring a positive attitude and enjoy being part of a supportive team
