About the Role

This role requires comprehensive knowledge of services and program eligibility, with a focus on job seekers facing higher barriers.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients to the branch.
- Respond to inbound inquiries via various portals, emails, and telephone calls.
- Explain program requirements and confirm client eligibility.
- Create and maintain complete client records.
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate calendars.
- Schedule intake appointments aligned with branch targets.
- Contact clients to provide appointment reminders and confirm attendance.
- Collaborate with community partners to increase referral leads and maintain relationships.
- Maintain complete and up-to-date client files across multiple CRM databases, including case notes, action plans, and calendar entries.
- Support additional business initiatives and perform administrative duties as required.

- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of services and program eligibility.
- Focus on job seekers with higher barriers, including inclusive groups, Youth at with Higher Support Needs, Indigenous, People with Disabilities, Newcomers to Canada, and racialized people.
