About the Role
As a Strategy Lead Key Account, you will be responsible for the go-to-market strategy for new products, modules, and partnerships within the key account segment, driving their implementation with cross-functional teams. This role is for an experienced, senior-level individual who works independently and manages initiatives from conception to market impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop the go-to-market strategy for new key account products, including positioning, target segments, launch sequence, and success metrics, and drive implementation with Product, Sales, Deployment, and Technical Programme Management.
- Translate market, competitive, and customer insights into clear strategic recommendations, transforming ambiguous questions into decision-ready options for leadership.
- Build Commercial and Enablement Playbooks (pitch narratives, business cases, ROI models, argumentation aids) to help Sales and Customer Success win and expand complex key accounts.
- Act as the liaison between Product, Sales, Deployment, and Technical Programme Management to ensure launches are prepared, reach the market, and are adopted.
- Evaluate and prioritize growth opportunities across key account segments (market sizing, ICP definition, partnerships, input to pricing and packaging).
- Establish the working rhythm for launches and strategic initiatives, including measuring adoption, identifying risks early, and conducting post-launch reviews that inform the next cycle.
Requirements
- 5 - 9 years of professional experience, ideally with a foundation in strategy consulting and operational experience in a B2B, SaaS, or HealthTech environment.
- Analytical strength combined with entrepreneurial, hands-on, and independent work.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and align/enable Sales, Deployment, and technical teams without formal authority.
- Very good German language skills (at least C1) and good English language skills (C1).
