About the Role

Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and manage phone requests and inquiries in a helpful and professional manner.
- Manage order coordination with branch staff, clients, clinicians, and care givers.
- Assist in the completion of work orders, including verifying client information, equipment details, and funding eligibility.
- Perform data entry and clerical support tasks.
- Assist with physical inventory and accept delivery of goods.
Requirements
