About the Role

The project manager plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated projects to ensure that goals or objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frames and funding parameters. This role directly manages both project and technical support personnel for Security Integration projects.

Responsibilities

• Reviews project plan, time frame, and procedures for all projects.
• Schedules project coordination meetings with appropriate personnel.
• Determines technical staffing requirements.
• Schedules and manages appropriate resources needed to complete projects.
• Manages customer expectations within project timelines and budgets.
• Forecasts and schedules subcontractors and technicians.
• Prepares and maintains all necessary project paperwork, including monthly forecasts and billings reports.
• Follows implementation procedures on a timely basis.
• Works collaboratively with co-workers in all departments.
• Displays a positive attitude toward the work and goals of the Operations department.
• Is responsible for the performance, demeanor, performance reviews, and conduct of technical staff on assigned projects.
• Supports staff and ensures staff accountability to both customer and company.
• Initiates and adapts well to change.
• Meets project objectives in a proficient and professional manner as part of a team.
• Responsible for final system testing, job sign-off, and turnover of a quality product to the customer and SAGE Service Department.
• Maintains confidentiality.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (drug, background, and driving history).
• Valid driver's license.
• Extended hours, overnight stays, and travel as needed.
• Must be able to operate a company truck with acceptable safe driving skills.
