About the Role
Guest Arrival Experts are empowered to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their arrival and departure experiences, making transactions feel like part of the experience. They are expected to create a safe workplace, follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, uphold quality standards, and present professionally.
Responsibilities
- Guide guests through their arrival and departure experiences.
- Process operational needs.
- Address guest requests.
- Complete reports.
- Share highlights of the local area.
- Stand, sit, or walk for an extended time.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing more than 75 pounds with assistance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
