About the Role

As an Analysetechniker:in at BEW Berliner Energie und Wärme GmbH, you will ensure that boiler feedwater, cooling water, and steam meet high-quality standards, contributing to safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform tests, inspections, maintenance, and repair work on chemical water treatment stations and associated analysis technology for monitoring conductivity, pH value, oxygen content, and temperature.
  • Accompany officially relevant measurements and ensure safe and standards-compliant measurement operation.
  • Plan, coordinate, and be responsible for tests and maintenance measures within your area of responsibility.
  • Identify malfunctions, analyze their causes, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
  • Collaborate closely with power plant operations to ensure smooth information exchange.
  • Document measurement results, tests, and measures professionally and comprehensibly.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an MSR technician, chemical operator, or in a comparable field.
  • Knowledge of the technical interrelationships of energy generation or large industrial plants.
  • Knowledge in the field of chemical water treatment.
  • Experience with analysis methods and measuring technology for determining conductivity, pH value, oxygen content, and temperature.
  • Proficient use of SAP and common MS Office applications.
  • Strong communication skills, high personal responsibility, and an independent and proactive work style.
  • Valid Class B driver's license.
  • Fluent German language skills at at least C1 level in speaking and writing are a must.
  • Approximately 70 percent of the requirements are sufficient for application.
