About the Role

Ensure patients receive the ultimate patient experience from appointment request through post-service follow-up, requiring respect for privacy and a love of customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a welcoming and supportive environment.
  • Perform administrative tasks including data input, emails, and patient chart management.
  • Assist patients with financial concerns and manage a high volume of calls.
  • Conduct periodic check-ins with care teams for updates.
  • Comfort patients by anticipating anxieties and answering questions.
  • Maintain a clean reception area and ensure accurate storage of confidential files.
  • Coordinate and participate in patient service delivery, including check-in, check-out, and medical records management.
  • Manage the waiting process, liaising between patients, families, and office staff.
  • Answer and route phone calls on-site.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Offer administrative support to Physicians, Practice Managers, and Clinical Teams.
  • Follow up on emails and patient phone calls.
  • Handle medical form applications and data collection.
  • Conduct inventory assessment.
  • Attend to a 6:45 am shift.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented and organized, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong patient service experience, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Enthusiastic, positive, and approachable individual.
  • Ability to function independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using PCs, Microsoft Office suite, and general office equipment.
  • Experience with multiple clinical computer systems and applications preferred.
  • Knowledge of healthcare operations preferred.
