About the Role

Lead and manage Oracle project teams in implementing new processes and functionalities within the Oracle Fusion HCM module. Work with cloud technologies and Oracle’s Platform as a Service (PaaS) offerings to design and build extensions for Software as a Service (SaaS) applications. Set the strategic technology direction for the Oracle Fusion HCM platform and manage Oracle Service Requests. Drive technical results by training, developing, and mentoring team members. Oversee the day-to-day work and priorities of the team supporting and enhancing Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including offshore managed services. Audit and update process documentation, review and test quarterly releases, and evaluate new functionality. Partner with the Manager of Business Solutions Architect to understand business processes and challenges, perform Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) steps, and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Recommend solutions for technology challenges by establishing project priorities and adhering to deadlines. Troubleshoot issues with existing processes and programs, resolve them with the business, and migrate fixes to Production. Maintain and enhance existing processes based on business input, ensuring proper testing and validation before production migration. Stay informed about new Oracle technology releases and determine the best way to introduce new capabilities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
5 years of related (progressive, post-baccalaureate) experience.
60 months of experience leading and managing full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud or Fusion HCM implementations.
60 months of experience working with cloud technologies and Oracle’s PaaS offerings to design and build extensions for SaaS applications.
60 months of experience leading, coaching, and mentoring technical teams to drive development and Oracle project delivery.
60 months of experience gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into scalable technical solutions.
60 months of experience utilizing Oracle Fusion Applications, HCM Data Loader (HDL), Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL), File-Based Data Import (FBDI), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), Java, Extensible Markup Language (XML), Structured Query Language (SQL), Python, and Application Development Framework (ADF).
Experience gained concurrently is acceptable.
