About the Role

Coordination and support of the Broadcast and Draw Teams in the delivery of live draws from Television Centre. Acts as a point of contact for internal and external queries, helping to manage and grow awareness of Broadcast Draw Teams across Allwyn UK and the wider Allwyn group. This role reports into the Senior Producer and sits within the Broadcast Team, working in close collaboration across the wider business including Draw Team, Technology, Planning, Studio 59, and Brand & Marketing as well as external suppliers. Also serves as a general point of contact for Television Centre, looking after visitors, contractors, and arranging catering.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the administration of the Security Department including raising Purchase Orders, diary management, acting as a point of contact for various teams and suppliers, and managing the wider Security and Draw Team function.
  • Manage the department’s rotas and associated documents, ensuring coverage is available and communicating changes to the team.
  • Serve as the point of contact for all Duty Broadcast Manager and Draw Associates queries and coordinate onboarding of new members.
  • Support the day-to-day maintenance of the Television Centre and Clarendon Works streaming studios, ensuring the production facility is in working order.
  • Manage pass requests, arrange visitor access, and diarise routine and emergency maintenance, including being onsite to oversee work as needed.
  • Support in the management and tracking of all work for the live draw stream through WorkFront.
  • Provide support to the Senior Producer for new and day-to-day business requests, including the production of draw examples and decks, liaising with external suppliers.
  • Write the weekly draw VO and other necessary scripts, send to VO artist, QA check, and edit for play out in the live draw.
  • Coordinate events for the wider team, such as tours of Television Centre, Clarendon Works, and team away days.
  • Manage enquiries on Clip License requests, arrange clearances, releases, and PRS music clearances, and provide substantiations.
  • Provide support to the Senior Producer in managing the annual production budget and Controls testing program, including completing monthly self-assessments.

Requirements

  • Good organizational and administrative skills, ideally gained through working in a television/video production environment.
  • Excellent skills in working with MS OneDrive, compiling Excel trackers, Word docs, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Knowledge of broadcast television and online video production processes, live streaming, and social media platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications including Premier Pro and Audition.
  • Experience editing would be useful but is not essential.
