About the Role

As a Senior Analyst on the Data Operations team, you will help build a robust foundation of reporting and analytics, enabling internal and external clients to make better decisions through data-driven techniques. This cross-functional role involves generating end-to-end insights, managing resources, and driving bottom-line growth by ensuring operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead reporting and analytical end-to-end project initiatives, including project management, executive communication, defining deliverables, designing data pipelines, task delegation, and resource management.
  • Collaborate with agency, product, and campaign management teams to define, plan, and delegate processes for end deliverables.
  • Develop data pipelines involving mining, extracting, cleansing, transforming, and building automatable reporting and analytics dashboards.
  • Deliver complex, actionable analytical solutions using large datasets.
  • Contribute to the discovery and expansion of new and existing methodologies, tools, and algorithms.
  • Manage relational databases to organize, store, and process clean data for internal and client stakeholders.
  • Manage, coach, and train offshore reporting and analytics resources to ensure project tasks are fulfilled and maintain solid communication with key stakeholders.
  • Communicate and present analytical findings and recommendations to diverse audiences, from executives to working-level team members.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics.
  • Proficiency with analytics software and related education.
  • Applied analytics and reporting experience implementing and supporting data platforms for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to share technical results and recommendations to audiences at varying levels of analytic understanding.
  • Experience in analytics and report scheduling/automation using tools such as Alteryx, Databricks, Crontab, or Stored Procedures.
