About the Role
As part of our project management team, you will support the successful implementation of our workforce transformation projects, providing crucial support for project success for our clients and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Active internal participation in our workforce transformation projects and support for their successful implementation.
- Independent execution of administrative project activities such as scheduling, data maintenance in digital systems, or preparation and structuring of project documents.
- Support for our clients via hotline and ticketing system, ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Application and further development of our project management methods and processes, as well as identification of digitalization potentials.
Requirements
- Completed studies or comparable training, preferably in business administration, HR management, or a related field.
- Solid practical experience in project management or a comparable environment with a good understanding of project-related workflows and processes.
- Ability to maintain an overview of multiple projects simultaneously and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to take responsibility.
- Curiosity and strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and trust.
- Enthusiasm for transformation and change processes.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in IT tools (e.g., O365).
- First experiences with common consulting, collaboration, and reporting tools such as PPT, XLS, Miro, Teams, PowerBI are desirable.
