About the Role
In your role as Owner Experience Manager (m/f/d), you will support our Operations Team in ensuring a 5-star customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for our co-owners with your organizational and communication skills.
- Ensure that our co-owners have stays with an "all-round carefree service" in their properties.
- Identify new customer needs, develop corresponding solutions, and implement them.
- Process customer inquiries via various channels such as telephone and email, ensuring a positive customer experience through proactive communication and first-class service.
- Actively build the department with the Operations Team and continuously improve processes and systems.
Requirements
- You have successfully completed a degree, training in hotel management, or equivalent.
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience in hotel management, premium customer service, or equivalent.
- You are a communication and organization talent with a very structured way of working.
- You are empathetic and have a strong service orientation.
- You are flexible in your working hours and generally willing to be available for our co-owners on weekends and holidays.
- You can work effectively and precisely both independently and as part of a team in a rapidly developing environment, set the right priorities, and meet deadlines.
- You speak fluent German and very good English; further foreign languages are an advantage.
- You have very good MS Office skills.
