About the Role
Design and define scalable, maintainable, and performant software architectures for a new management system. Analyze requirements with stakeholders and translate them into viable architectural and design decisions. Ensure architectural decisions support business and system goals and can be implemented by the development team. Coordinate with other sub-projects to ensure a functional and consistent overall system. Take responsibility for technology and design decisions and communicate them clearly within the development team and to stakeholders.

- Take responsibility for technology and design decisions and communicate them clearly within the development team and to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Computer Science or comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in designing and implementing software architectures in complex system environments.
- Proficient in architectural paradigms, design patterns, and principles for scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Experience in regulated or safety-critical industries is advantageous.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts appropriately to the audience and clearly support decision-making processes.
- Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
