About the Role
Join our Strategy, Risk & Transactions – Advisory – Forensic team to help uncover financial and economic crime and develop your skills in interdisciplinary projects. Our team analyzes and prevents economic crime across industries, investigates fraud and cybercrime, and supports clients with complex issues and the implementation of sustainable protective measures.
Responsibilities
- Conduct workshops with clients to understand and document business processes and define requirements.
- Design scalable, secure, and performant system landscapes, configure and technically adapt within IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS frameworks.
- Integrate low-code platforms like ServiceNow with third-party systems, manage system integration, and data flows.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of cloud/IT infrastructures, manage automation, monitoring, and incidents.
- Advise on migration projects.
- Define authorization concepts, coding guidelines, update strategies, and best practices.
- Conduct product demos and train end-users in various roles.
Requirements
- Above-average degree (Bachelor's, Master's advantageous) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computational Linguistics, Data Science, Engineering, or similar, with at least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Familiarity with cross-system IT architectures, data models, APIs, cloud platforms, and SaaS; solid experience with at least one major cloud platform, ideally with certifications.
- ITIL, Tech Stack, and Scripting knowledge for structured processes, technological foundation, and automation.
- Solid understanding of business and administrative processes, process optimization, and digitalization (e.g., low-code like ServiceNow); experience with ServiceNow applications is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel.
- Proficiency in German and English (spoken and written).
- Routinely apply project management, agile working methods, workshops, and client-oriented communication.
