About the Role

The AniCura Veterinary Clinic Berlin-Biesdorf is a versatile, specialized, and modernly equipped clinic located in a historic manor house near Schlosspark Biesdorf. We offer general and specialized surgery, treat cardiac, dental, and skin conditions, and specialize in ophthalmology and physiotherapy. Our clinic also treats and hospitalizes reptiles and exotic animals, including rabbits, ferrets, mice, degus, guinea pigs, chinchillas, hamsters, rats, and birds.

Responsibilities

Patient registration and documentation of patient data
Appointment scheduling and coordination via personal contact, phone, and email
Processing billing after treatment completion
Managing feed and medication sales upon consultation

Requirements

Completed vocational training, e.g., in a commercial field or as a TFA (veterinary assistant)
Willingness and motivation to learn the EDV practice management system
Customer, patient, and team-oriented behavior, along with reliability
Willingness to learn MS Office
Very good German language skills
