About the Role

As a Volunteer Admin Assistant, you will support the Community Team Advocates by providing essential administrative support through our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Your role will help ensure accurate, up-to-date records by adding notes, uploading documents, and completing other data-related tasks that enable advocates to focus on supporting people in our communities. Full training and regular supervision will be provided. This role requires a basic DBS check, which will be arranged and paid for by Rethink Mental Illness.

Responsibilities

  • Add and update case notes on the CRM system
  • Upload and organise documents within the CRM
  • Ensure records are accurate, complete, and up to date
  • Support advocates with general CRM administration tasks
  • Flag missing or incomplete information to the Community Team
  • Follow data protection and confidentiality guidelines at all times

Requirements

  • A positive and reliable attitude
  • Good organisational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic administration and IT skills
  • Confidence using digital systems (training will be provided)
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Access to the internet and a laptop
