Responsibilities
- Process inventory, assets, and recyclables using company-approved methods and equipment.
- Maintain processing and storage areas, equipment, and supplies.
- Assist and train Associates assigned to the ARRC.
- Develop relationships with Associates and temporary staff to ensure smooth and timely movement of inventory, assets, and recyclables.
- Communicate operational issues to ARRC Management.
- Provide quality customer service to all partners, including stores, 3PL, LP, and Transportation.
- Efficiently maintain asset inventory in all inbound and outbound areas.
- Execute proper tracking of company assets and commodities.
- Support and follow all ARRC processes and initiatives.
- Maintain facility cleanliness and organizational efficiency.
- Comply with and support all Safety and Loss Prevention programs and policies.
- Support associate engagement to achieve daily results and objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED preferred.
- Skilled in software platforms such as Excel and Word.
- Trained in and able to perform operations of ARRC equipment, such as Balers and Fork Trucks.
- Ability to lift (50 lbs.), count, select, sort, pack, and handle commodities and fixtures.
- Support Supervisor in onboarding new hires.
- Strong organizational and communication skills (verbal & written).
- Basic math skills required.
- Must have open availability, including mornings, nights, and weekends.
