About the Role

This Event Marketing Associate role, based in London within the Private Bank division, provides essential administrative and operational support to the execution of the business’s global events programme. You will support the planning, coordination, and on-the-ground delivery of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events across key business regions, ensuring efficient and high-standard logistical and administrative execution.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and delivery of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events on a global scale in line with business priorities and working closely with internal teams and stakeholders to help deliver successful event plans and client engagement activities
  • Support budget tracking by raising purchase orders, monitoring spend, and reconciling costs in line with approved budgets, driving cost-efficiencies where possible
  • Co-ordinate the delivery of the client journey across events, including maintaining event systems and coordinating processes across regional teams and produce accurate event registration and attendance reports, supporting post-event analysis and data tracking
  • Act as the primary point of contact for regional teams on the event registration platform
  • Ensure all event activity adheres to regulatory and internal standards by working closely with Legal and Compliance teams and liaise with external vendors and internal teams to coordinate operational aspects of event delivery
  • Assist with the design, production and distribution of event materials, ensuring alignment with brand standards as well as the preparation of post-event reports

Requirements

  • Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs
  • Proven experience in financial services, ideally Wealth Management or premium / luxury brand environments
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills for reporting and presentations
  • Occasional international travel may be required for event coordination, client meetings or on-site support
