About the Role
This is a full-time, branch-based opportunity working 35 hours per week, providing face-to-face support to customers. The role involves handling everyday banking tasks and offering guidance and practical support during important customer moments, such as bereavement, fraud concerns, or digital banking assistance. The role also involves promoting digital services and helping customers use online and mobile banking independently.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- A minimum of 12 months customer service experience.
- Honest and genuine, caring about helping people with their finances.
- Ability to quickly build relationships to give customers a fantastic experience.
- Passion to put yourself in the customers' shoes, show empathy, acting with care and integrity.
- Commitment to deliver on promises and go above and beyond for the customer.
